What makes this training plan different than the others?

Your plan will be build and based off of your next race and/or goals for the season. By doing so, we will maximize your capacities and therefore your performance on race day!

You have the option to start with a 2 weeks trial where we will analyze your results and will give your the « Blocs » that would suit you best. A trial option can be selected when you will choose your personalized plan. We will then be able to make some changes to your plan if there is the need.

The plan is build from your stats for your performance!
